Practicar la impermanencia, como forma de vida - Practicing impermanence as a way of life

Practicing impermanence as a way of life

We can't stop our internal and external world from changing all the time. Because nothing lasts and nothing remains. It is the same with our thoughts and emotions, which are in constant movement. This way we understand that clinging to something, to an idea of ourselves or a painful situation, not only harms us in the long run, but is the main root of our problems.

Within Buddhist Philosophy, one of the three "marks of existence" is impermanence. Being aware that everything is transitory invites us to naturalize our experiences in a more intense way and to be freer from suffering. In order to cultivate this awareness every day, the most immediate and powerful tool is breathing. We become aware that each exhalation is a small death, letting go of everything we want to let go of: fears, thoughts, beliefs, emotions... And with each inhalation, we are born again, being grateful and giving space to the new. This method helps us to feel more relaxed, awake, healthy and grateful. Let's remember that for nature, us being a part of it, it is necessary to get rid of the obsolete in order to continue its growth. "Letting go...", going through the different changes, in order to detach from what is no longer useful and renew ourselves.

Learning from challenges

Each new challenge offers us a lesson. Teachings are essential to our evolution. They bring us the wisdom we need, to generate change and new states of consciousness. Love fosters and balances these states. So if we decide to assume these teachings with serenity, inner peace and trust, we will open up to the comprehension of our learning and to the immense love that lies behind the apparent difficulties.

But if we feed fear, stress or resistances, facing these balances through panic, we will feel like victims of ignorance and situations. I invite you to look beyond what apparently occurs by focusing mainly on your feelings and on the opportunities that this new challenge proposes to you. Avoid contact with media that condition you in a negative way from the outside and start asking yourself:
What changes is this situation inviting me to? With the eyes of love, you can put the intention in transforming the energy and focus on useful, conscious and positive actions that give you peace. We will only help to harmonize, relieve and heal the collective suffering by starting first with ourselves and then being an inspiration to others.

Aceptación: Tu llave para la paz mental-Acceptance:Your key to peace of mind

Acceptance: Your key to peace of mind

We can't change what we can't accept. Acceptance is an inner attitude, with which we experience peace of mind and liberation from suffering.
Accepting does not mean to resign or conform, but to understand that things are as they are, and we decide to assume them. By resisting (internally) to what happens, we engage with suffering. This does not mean that we should stop acting, in fact quite the opposite. Instead of resignation or conformism, it means to stay occupied or seek for solutions. Through meditation we experience this state deeply. But we can also bring it into our daily lives by incorporating these new habits: learning to let go of judgments, avoiding "I should" or "I have to", recognizing fears, without ceasing to focus on solutions or actions, leaving the victim or complaint mode, and when you feel resistance, consciously ask yourself: "What opportunity offers this situation to me"?
Propose yourself to take things as they come, trusting in the natural process of life...

El significado de responsabilidad /The meaning of responsibility

The meaning of responsibility

What does it really mean to take responsibility?
We usually talk about responsibility, when we refer to carrying certain burdens or guilt. However, the true meaning of responsibility is to become aware of yourself. Everything that happens, helps me to get to know myself, to take charge of my own feelings. To what extent do I take responsibility for what I experience or what happens to me? Being aware of how I am perceiving, creating, and relating to the reality around me.
We are not responsible for what others do, think or say, but we are responsible for how we feel about it. It's the same with events. It' s not what happens that is essential, but how I experience what happens.
Certainly, it seems easier to focus attention outside and try to blame others, but that's not how conflict is resolved. The less responsibility we take on, the more we nurture chaos or drama, and the more we move away from ourselves. Responsibility invites us to respond to life from love and humility, recognizing that everything is a learning process.

Si estás dispuesto/a a sanar y liberarlos, te animo a empezar a cambiarlo:
-Miedo a tomar nuevas decisiones.
-No vivir tu vida y propia expresión.

Self-sabotage (negotiating with fear)

Self-sabotage is a toxic dialogue that we keep i the mind, and which has unconsciously become a habit or program based on fear. These programs may make us sick or not help us evolve, even though we consciously wish differently. To detect these indicators, see if you identify with any. If you are willing to heal and release them, I encourage you to begin to change it:
-Fear of making new decisions.
-Guilt.
-Making excuses in order not to change ideas or habits that harm me.
-The need to feel safe in the known (familiar).
-Seeking in others the love I don't allow myself to feel.
-Fear of loneliness.
-Manipulating or controlling, through my own suffering.
-Waiting for others to change (not assuming my responsibility).
-Not living my life and my own expression. Constantly living for others.

(On the book Are you ill? Congratulations! you have many tools to chose from)

Sanación: La liberación del sufrimiento - Healing: Liberation from suffering

Healing: Liberation from suffering

To heal on a mental, emotional or physical level, it is fundamental to be as honest as possible with yourself. The more honest you are about what you feel, the more accessible the process becomes. Throughout life we have learned to contain many emotions and neglect our needs, remaining buried in our emotional memory. Therefore, the harder we try to cover them up and avoid them in our minds, the more the unresolved conflict will present itself. Not recognizing what we feel, consciously or unconsciously, becomes repression. This is the origin of all suffering. Hiding it, denying it or not accepting it, is a useless struggle against life.
Physical healing consists of relieving the symptom or pain. But healing means to go a step further: to discover the root, to understand the incoherence and to deal with the cause that produces the conflict. That is why to be willing to heal is to be willing to change, to take new, different actions and to let go of the old burdens that are oppressing us. Emotional liberation not only relieves us, but also restores and regenerates us deeply, reflecting also in the body.

La conciencia de ser. ¿Quién Soy...? The consciousness of being. Who am I...?

The consciousness of being. Who am I...?

You are perfectly complete, just as you are. The reality is that there is nothing to prove, nothing to achieve, nothing to change and nowhere to arrive. We don't need anything to be Everything. From the heart, we never stop being what already is, and always has been. We just come to remember what cannot be lost.
Stop for a few minutes once in a while and ask yourself this question: "Who am I?" You will see immediately how your feelings will give you an answer. The answer to what you are cannot be defined by the mind. It is a felt response. You are not a thought, nor an emotion, nor your life story. Bring attention to the heart and let the feeling of silence respond. Let go of the effort. Let go of expectations. Let the inspiration that comes to your consciousness find you. Remain relaxed, present in your heart, body and mind. Be open to what is happening is what has to happen and allow yourself to contemplate yourself compassionately. Be aware at all times of who observes what you think, what you say, what you do, what you feel ... All you need is to feel at peace, being conscious of being.
