El significado de responsabilidad /The meaning of responsibility

The meaning of responsibility

What does it really mean to take responsibility?
We usually talk about responsibility, when we refer to carrying certain burdens or guilt. However, the true meaning of responsibility is to become aware of yourself. Everything that happens, helps me to get to know myself, to take charge of my own feelings. To what extent do I take responsibility for what I experience or what happens to me? Being aware of how I am perceiving, creating, and relating to the reality around me.
We are not responsible for what others do, think or say, but we are responsible for how we feel about it. It's the same with events. It' s not what happens that is essential, but how I experience what happens.
Certainly, it seems easier to focus attention outside and try to blame others, but that's not how conflict is resolved. The less responsibility we take on, the more we nurture chaos or drama, and the more we move away from ourselves. Responsibility invites us to respond to life from love and humility, recognizing that everything is a learning process.

Si estás dispuesto/a a sanar y liberarlos, te animo a empezar a cambiarlo:
-Miedo a tomar nuevas decisiones.
-No vivir tu vida y propia expresión.

Self-sabotage (negotiating with fear)

Self-sabotage is a toxic dialogue that we keep i the mind, and which has unconsciously become a habit or program based on fear. These programs may make us sick or not help us evolve, even though we consciously wish differently. To detect these indicators, see if you identify with any. If you are willing to heal and release them, I encourage you to begin to change it:
-Fear of making new decisions.
-Guilt.
-Making excuses in order not to change ideas or habits that harm me.
-The need to feel safe in the known (familiar).
-Seeking in others the love I don't allow myself to feel.
-Fear of loneliness.
-Manipulating or controlling, through my own suffering.
-Waiting for others to change (not assuming my responsibility).
-Not living my life and my own expression. Constantly living for others.

(On the book Are you ill? Congratulations! you have many tools to chose from)

Sanación: La liberación del sufrimiento - Healing: Liberation from suffering

Healing: Liberation from suffering

To heal on a mental, emotional or physical level, it is fundamental to be as honest as possible with yourself. The more honest you are about what you feel, the more accessible the process becomes. Throughout life we have learned to contain many emotions and neglect our needs, remaining buried in our emotional memory. Therefore, the harder we try to cover them up and avoid them in our minds, the more the unresolved conflict will present itself. Not recognizing what we feel, consciously or unconsciously, becomes repression. This is the origin of all suffering. Hiding it, denying it or not accepting it, is a useless struggle against life.
Physical healing consists of relieving the symptom or pain. But healing means to go a step further: to discover the root, to understand the incoherence and to deal with the cause that produces the conflict. That is why to be willing to heal is to be willing to change, to take new, different actions and to let go of the old burdens that are oppressing us. Emotional liberation not only relieves us, but also restores and regenerates us deeply, reflecting also in the body.

La conciencia de ser. ¿Quién Soy...? The consciousness of being. Who am I...?

The consciousness of being. Who am I...?

You are perfectly complete, just as you are. The reality is that there is nothing to prove, nothing to achieve, nothing to change and nowhere to arrive. We don't need anything to be Everything. From the heart, we never stop being what already is, and always has been. We just come to remember what cannot be lost.
Stop for a few minutes once in a while and ask yourself this question: "Who am I?" You will see immediately how your feelings will give you an answer. The answer to what you are cannot be defined by the mind. It is a felt response. You are not a thought, nor an emotion, nor your life story. Bring attention to the heart and let the feeling of silence respond. Let go of the effort. Let go of expectations. Let the inspiration that comes to your consciousness find you. Remain relaxed, present in your heart, body and mind. Be open to what is happening is what has to happen and allow yourself to contemplate yourself compassionately. Be aware at all times of who observes what you think, what you say, what you do, what you feel ... All you need is to feel at peace, being conscious of being.

Mirar el mundo con los ojos de la inocencia -Looking at the world with the eyes of innocence

No “creerlo”.

Looking at the world with the eyes of innocence

When our fears and our personal history vanish, we discover what remains: the state of innocence. It is our path "back" to acceptance and presence, free of judgment and guilt. Actually, it' s in our nature and it' s always present. We just forget it. So when judgment comes up, we observe it. But we decided not to interact with it. Not to "believe" it. If we do not feed it, it will disappear, in the same way as it appears. Our genuine nature isn't a perception. Perception is just an experience, but it is not our essence. You will come to this comprehension by being objective with yourself and not identifying with opinions, fears or guilt. You will realize that when you are not tied to any judgment, a great transformation occurs. We give more space to innocence and the truth of the heart becomes much more present. The gaze amplifies, becomes full of freshness and curiosity and we enjoy spontaneity. The awareness of being present will reveal the beauty of creation at any moment, with the feeling that life is not repetitive, but rather renewed constantly.

Claves para ocuparse, en lugar de preocuparse// Keys to getting occupied instead of being preoccupied

Keys to getting occupied instead of being preoccupied

When difficulties come our way, we have two choices: Look at the concern and remain stuck in "the problem", or bring that energy to the possibilities by really looking to solve it. Here are some recommendations that will help you to make "the problem" lose intensity and produce the change you need:
-Write down a list of ideas or actions you can take. Looking at the solutions opens up new approaches, until the answer we need appears spontaneously.
-Replace the word "problem" with "challenge".
-Learn to look for the opportunity in the difficulty. The opportunity is always there. But to be able to see it, we need to let go of fear, tensions and concern.
-Take advantage of the difficulty by setting goals or projects.
-Remember the meaning of pre-occupation: getting occupied ahead of time. Just by deciding to improve your inner attitude, you will have started to occupy yourself.
-Reflect: What seem to be obstacles actually are temporary events, that set in motion authentic resources of yourself that you would not see in other circumstances. And they come to show you your true capacities.

El Arte de soltar// The art of letting go

The art of letting go

In order to recognize our own well-being and the presence of love, in all aspects, it is necessary to renounce control, abandon the desire to "retain" and learn to let go.
The origin of suffering lies in the need to cling to something, while all experience and life itself is a continuous process of change. When we live an experience, we need to contemplate the possibility of experiencing the past without any kind of attachments, willing to regain spontaneity and enjoyment of what the moment is offering us. This implies opening ourselves to the present and assuming the decision to say goodbye to old ideas, thoughts, emotional states, situations, relationships or past events, which mainly do not allow us to go forward nor being at peace. To let go does not mean to forget, ignore or deny the pain. It is about understanding (through emotion), forgiving and finally being at peace and grateful for what we have lived and learned. Hence, in a natural way, detachment arises.
To let go is to free yourself, to give room to change and to the new that is about to come.
