Mirar el mundo con los ojos de la inocencia -Looking at the world with the eyes of innocence

No “creerlo”.

Looking at the world with the eyes of innocence

When our fears and our personal history vanish, we discover what remains: the state of innocence. It is our path "back" to acceptance and presence, free of judgment and guilt. Actually, it' s in our nature and it' s always present. We just forget it. So when judgment comes up, we observe it. But we decided not to interact with it. Not to "believe" it. If we do not feed it, it will disappear, in the same way as it appears. Our genuine nature isn't a perception. Perception is just an experience, but it is not our essence. You will come to this comprehension by being objective with yourself and not identifying with opinions, fears or guilt. You will realize that when you are not tied to any judgment, a great transformation occurs. We give more space to innocence and the truth of the heart becomes much more present. The gaze amplifies, becomes full of freshness and curiosity and we enjoy spontaneity. The awareness of being present will reveal the beauty of creation at any moment, with the feeling that life is not repetitive, but rather renewed constantly.

Claves para ocuparse, en lugar de preocuparse// Keys to getting occupied instead of being preoccupied

Keys to getting occupied instead of being preoccupied

When difficulties come our way, we have two choices: Look at the concern and remain stuck in "the problem", or bring that energy to the possibilities by really looking to solve it. Here are some recommendations that will help you to make "the problem" lose intensity and produce the change you need:
-Write down a list of ideas or actions you can take. Looking at the solutions opens up new approaches, until the answer we need appears spontaneously.
-Replace the word "problem" with "challenge".
-Learn to look for the opportunity in the difficulty. The opportunity is always there. But to be able to see it, we need to let go of fear, tensions and concern.
-Take advantage of the difficulty by setting goals or projects.
-Remember the meaning of pre-occupation: getting occupied ahead of time. Just by deciding to improve your inner attitude, you will have started to occupy yourself.
-Reflect: What seem to be obstacles actually are temporary events, that set in motion authentic resources of yourself that you would not see in other circumstances. And they come to show you your true capacities.

El Arte de soltar// The art of letting go

The art of letting go

In order to recognize our own well-being and the presence of love, in all aspects, it is necessary to renounce control, abandon the desire to "retain" and learn to let go.
The origin of suffering lies in the need to cling to something, while all experience and life itself is a continuous process of change. When we live an experience, we need to contemplate the possibility of experiencing the past without any kind of attachments, willing to regain spontaneity and enjoyment of what the moment is offering us. This implies opening ourselves to the present and assuming the decision to say goodbye to old ideas, thoughts, emotional states, situations, relationships or past events, which mainly do not allow us to go forward nor being at peace. To let go does not mean to forget, ignore or deny the pain. It is about understanding (through emotion), forgiving and finally being at peace and grateful for what we have lived and learned. Hence, in a natural way, detachment arises.
To let go is to free yourself, to give room to change and to the new that is about to come.

A no-complaints diet

Complaining nourishes our suffering. The facts are neutral but "What meaning do I give them?" "How do I interpret what happens?" When complaining becomes an attitude, it also becomes a problem. Not only is it toxic, but it nourishes unhappiness as well as fear and brings us to a vibrational frequency of incoherence.
These are some of the ideas that I propose in order to detox ourselves by applying a no-complaints diet:
-Pay attention to your way of speaking and transform it.
-Avoid words that imply criticism, that affect you negatively and contract you.
-Practice gratitude with small everyday things.
-Avoid surroundings or people that remain in "complaint mode".
-Learn to trust in what happens by practicing acceptance and observing without judgment.
-When you face problems, open your heart and look for the opportunity to grow. Don't get stuck in the hurdles.
-Instead of focusing on disadvantages or inconveniences, explore creativity.
-Observe and feel life as what it is, a unique and extraordinary experience.

Estar presente en la respiración// To be present on our breath

To be present on our breath

The breath reflects our mental states (conscious or subconscious), the emotions we experience, and gives us an immediate information of how we experience a situation. It' s our link and relation towards life.
One of the most important habits in order to be conscious, is to be present on it. Observe it. To become aware of how we are breathing is transforming and also balances us. As we may have seen many times, when we are facing a fear or a threat, the breath becomes shallow, accelerated and interrupted. While if we are relaxed, safe and confident, it becomes deeper, softer and slower. When we remain in fear as a way of life: in constant tension, stress, anger or lack of energy, then we breathe in a "survival" mode. This influences the oxygenation of our body, our health and states of consciousness, until we become affected. Remember that this is not a biological fear, that arises punctually and naturally to protect us. From the "LIVING" mode instead of the "survival" mode, we relax towards our experience and breathe from love, vital energy and depth. Observe: Are you aware of your daily breathing? From where do you breathe your life?

Reflexión consciente: Un camino con corazón (A path with heart )

A path with heart

Coherence leads us to a higher life and health condition: It is the way of the heart. Being coherent means that what I think, say, feel and do is in harmony. And this harmony establishes throughout the whole organism.
When we assume a life of dissatisfaction, tension, unhappiness, discomfort, guilt or stress, we disconnect from life. The result is that the organism becomes disorganized, until the reaction appears in form of a symptom or illness, to help us to be conscious.
Following the voice of the heart requires courage and confidence, to feel available, receptive and attentive to the answers we need. When something gives you energy or life force, you are in the direction of the heart.
Coherence produces feelings such as good mood, motivation, enjoyment, love for what you are or for what you are doing, gratitude or serenity.
The more we allow it, the stronger its spread will be.
To connect with the heart is to return to contact with life, to restore the natural order, to listen to the solutions we need just in the right moment and to recover our sense of abundance, happiness, enthusiasm and purpose.

El ego no es tu enemigo //The ego is not your enemy

The ego is not your enemy

Often, many people believe that spiritual growth or inner peace involves getting rid of the controlling, thinking and agitated mind, or what is more commonly known as the "ego. However, rejection is not what helps us to be at peace or connect with our profound nature. What we really need is to completely recognise, accept and integrate it.
The problem is not the mind, but believing that we are the mind. That's why every desire, every struggle to discard it, eliminate it or change it, is a complete insanity.
The ego is another form of life to manifest. A mental construction, which adopts different aspects and arise through the consciousness. There is no need to conquer it, to fight it, nor to control it, we just have to stop identifying with it. This is when peace and liberation from all suffering come up. At first, it is often difficult or confusing to detach ourselves from our thoughts, but observation and meditation make it possible. Therefore, the purpose is to experience it without attachment and without rejection.
Contemplate it as a part of our experience, through love, learning and compassion.
