Gratitude, our highest life vibration
Gratitude is an attitude we adopt. It arises when we become aware of who we are, what we give and what we receive. We can only understand the importance of practicing gratitude by recognizing the generosity and love that is in everything we genuinely receive on a daily basis. In the beginning it is very common to do it from the mind, so we practice it, although many times we don't feel it. But if we stimulate this feeling on a daily basis, we will come to recognize it as an essential part of ourselves and in this way we will have integrated it. For a better understanding of its meaning, it is essential to understand that it is not the same to say thank you for something in particular, like we sometimes do for manners, than to feel gratitude for what surrounds us or what we experience. When we find ourselves being grateful, we feel that we leave the complaint-mode, experience acts of greater lucidity, our health vibration rises, changes (it is potentially beneficial, as our life condition improves), remain in connection with our essence, create greater closeness to others, offer the best of ourselves, and feel expanded and confident. The only purpose and value of gratitude is gratitude itself. To feel grateful in order to live more fully.
